We will relieve this pain and show you how to help keep it out through a series of specific stretching. Chronic problems that can be helped include: Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel, Achilles Tendon pain, Tennis Elbow, Knee Pain, Shin Splints, back, neck and Sciatic Pain.
